New Members, and other payments

We have just discovered that the website doesn't update as it should. This means that it doesn't notify us about new members. It also means that renewing members don't get updated.

What we will do is to manually go through the PayPal payments (as they are there), and match them with members and new members, while the tech guy works on fixing the problem. This will take some time, due to summer vacations.
